Ingredients

    Meat Loaf:
    1.5lbs ground beef (lean)
    1 c whole grain bread crumbs
    1 onion (medium)
    1 egg, beaten
    .5 c Tomato Sauce (no salt added)

    Sauce:
    .5 c water
    .5 c Tomato Sauce (no salt added)
    2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    3 tbsp white vinegar
    2 tbsp mustard
    3 tbsp brown sugar

Directions

Mix together meat, breadcrumbs, onion, egg and pepper and 1/2 the tomato sauce...form into one large loaf or two small ones; mix all other ingredients together; pour over loaves....bake at 350 for 1-1/2 hrs
