Ingredients

    2 lbs (32 oz) ground turkey
    30 green olives, chopped
    6 TBS chopped sun dried tomatoes
    1 TBS garlic powder
    1 tsp ground cumin seed
    large sausage casings, preapred

Directions

Combine ground turkey, olives, tomatoes, and spices. Feed into sausage stuffer to make 4-5 oz brats. Grill fresh or freeze immediately.

Cook thoroughly until juices run clear.
