Introduction

This is an easy meal with lots of flavor. This is an easy meal with lots of flavor.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can Condensed 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    3/4 cup Skim milk
    1 package (10oz) Frozen mixed vegetables
    1/2 cup Onion, diced
    2 garlic cloves, diced
    1/2 tsp ground sage
    2 cups Cooked chicken breast, diced
    1 1/2 cups corn bread stuffing mix
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Heat oil in 3-quart saucepan and saute onion and garlic over high heat. Add soup and milk and heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Stir in mixed vegetables and sage. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in chicken and stuffing mix. Spoon into 3-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with pepper. Bake uncovered about 15-20 minutes or until hot in the center.
