Introduction

Ingredients

    Roasted Pablano Chilis
    Roasted Red Bell Peppers
    Roasted Jalapeno Peppers
    White Onion
    Fresh Corn
    Black beans - drain if using canned beans.
    1 28 oz can and 1 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes with green chilis and spices
    Ground Cumin
    Paprika
    Chili Powder
    Optional 1/2 bar Mexican Baking Chocolate

Directions

Since the meat is so lean, brown it with the olive oil so it does not stick to the pan. Removce meat and cook the onions until they are transluscent, add the meat and peppers and tomatoes. Blend in ground cumin and other spices. Cook until all spices are cooked into the chili. Enjoy.l
