Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Stewed Tomatoes, Canned, No salt, 6 Cup (remove)
    Butternut Squash, 4 cup, cubes (remove)
    Beans, black, 3 cup (remove)
    *Bison Meat, 1 lb (remove)
    Basil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, .5 tbsp (remove)
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Potassium Chloride, Nu salt, salt substitute, 1/4 tsp, 3 serving (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .125 tsp (remove)
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)

Directions

Put all veggies in crockpot, add meat water and spices, cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.

Goes great with clean cornbread cake!
