Introduction

A microwaveable mini chocolate cake made with truvia to reduce sugar A microwaveable mini chocolate cake made with truvia to reduce sugar
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    4 tbsp cake flour (or all purpose)
    4 tbsp sugar (or 6packets of Truvia)
    2 tbsp cocoa powder
    1 egg
    3 tbsp milk
    3 tbsp oil
    1 microwave safe mug or bowl

Directions

1. In a microwave safe mug, or bowl, mix flour, sugar (or truvia packets), cocoal, and egg
2. Pour in the milk and oil and mix with a fork
3. Cook in microwave for 3 minutes on HIGH
4. Let cake set for 1-2 minutes, then remove.
5. Top with favorite toppings (ie: whipped topping, ice cream, fresh berries etc) and ENJOY!
NOTE: the taller your mug, the more pillar shaped the cake will be. by using a small bowl (cereal size) it will become more cake shaped.

Serving Size: makes one mini cake per mug
