Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1/2 cup cooked brown rice
    1/3 cup chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    1/2 tsp celery seeds
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1 (15oz) can tomato sauce
    1/2cup water

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix meat, rice, onion, sea salt, celery seeds, garlic and pepper. Shape mixture by rounded Tbls into balls. Place meatballs electricfry pan orskillet and brown. Drain fat. Place meatballs in baking dish that has been prepared with Pam. Stir together remaining ingredients. pour over meatballs. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
