Ingredients

    1 lb Pork Sausage
    12 eggs
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 cup 2% milk
4 cups frozen shredded hash browns
    18 whole wheat tortillas

Directions

Pan fry sausage in a medium-large skillet, breaking it up as it cooks.
Meanwhile, crack eggs into a bowl, whisk in salt & milk.
When sausage is brown, drain grease into very large skillet and transfer drained sausage to very large bowl.
To grease in very large skillet add the frozen hash browns. Fry until lightly browned.
While the hash browns are cooking scramble the eggs in the skillet the sausage cooked in.

When the hash browns & eggs are done cooking allow them to cool slightly and add to sausage. Mix in cheese.

Warm tortillas to make folding easier. Place 1/3 cup of mixture on each tortilla, fold in ends & roll. Place burritos in a single layer on a cookie sheet and allow to cool further before freezing. When burritos are frozen they may be individually wrapped or just placed in a zip top bag.

To re-heat microwave one burrito for aprox 2 minutes.
