Ingredients

Cranberries, 1 cup, (measured whole, then chopped)
*Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (chops), boneless, 1.37 lb (3 thick cut chops)
Polaner All Fruit Raspberry Jam, 4 tbsp
Maple Syrup, 2 tbsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 325.
Measure and wash the cranberries, then chop coarsely. In a bowl, combine the cranberries, raspberry jam, maple syrup and cloves. (Microwave for about 20 seconds to make the jam softer and easer to mix.) Place pork chops in a casserole or baking dish, and cover with cranberry mixture. Alternately, you can slit the chops and stuff with the cranberry mixture.
Serve with brown rice and green beans!
