Ingredients

3 cups organic oatmeal
1.5 cups organic unbleached white flour
1 cup raisins
1 tbs madagascar vanilla flavor
1 tsp sea salt
2 large eggs
.5 cups butter unsalted
.5 cups canola oil
1 cup organic brown sugar
.5 cups organic cane sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Directions
Serving Size:Êmakes 48 small cookies
**combine butter and canola oil and eggs, beat til smooth
add vanilla
**combine flour, oatmeal, raisins, salt, flax seed,spices and mix together in separate bowl.
**add the dry mix (flour oatmeal etc.) a cup at a time to wet mixture [sugar, eggs etc] mixing after adding each cup. do this until completely mixed.
**cover cookie sheet with wax paper or parchment paper [saves a few calories :-)] this helps cookies retain the shape
**then, either use a tablespoon or a 1/4 cup measuring cup to scoop up the cookie dough batter. Place the cookies about 2" apart on the cookie sheet, you should be able to get
4 cookies on each row [24 per cookie sheet].
Bake @ 350 degrees for 12 minutes in preheated oven. when done let cool and store right away.
