Introduction
This is similar to Chef Megs recipe except that I wanted the nutritional value of the turkey instead of pork with a larger serving size.I use these to make a healthy sausage, egg and cheese breakfast bagel.

Ingredients

20 oz (approx 1.4 lbs) ground turkey
2 oz (4 tbsp) apple juice
1 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp sage
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
1. thoroughly mix all ingredients together
2. separate into 6 portions and roll into balls
3. press each ball into a patty using wax paper
4. Cook patties on non-stick pan over Med-High heat until cooked through.
