Introduction

Quick and simple mini pizzas topped with feta, vegies and chicken. Quick and simple mini pizzas topped with feta, vegies and chicken.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Yeast
    Flour
    Olive Oil
    Sugar
    Salt
    Chicken
    Feta Cheese
    Onions
    Pasta Sauce
    Tomatoes
    Zesty Italian Calorie Wise Dressing

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add the oil, sugar, salt and 1-1/2 cups flour. Beat until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a firm dough. Turn onto a floured surface; cover and let rest for 10 minutes.

Roll into six mini pizzas. Top with pasta sauce and spread. Add desired toppings (if adding chicken cook first, I used low cal Italian dressing instead of oil to fry).

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Serving Size: 6 mini pizzas
