Ingredients

    3 oz chicken breast - cubed
    1/5 cup diced onion
    2 c. chicken broth
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 t. curry powder
    1/4 t. cinnamon
    1/4 t. pumpkin pie spice

Directions

Combine all ingredients in sauce pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes.
