Introduction

This is a great way to add a lot of flavor to pancakes, baked goods or yogurts and ice creams. The ingredients can easily be fiddled with to find your favorite combination! Ingredients

    0.5 c strawberries, sliced (or another high-liquid fruit)
    1 tbsp dried blueberries (or other dried fruit)
    1 tbsp honey (or other invert sugar, like agave, Karo or maple syrup)

    Seasonings
    (I used cardamom and a pinch of salt)

Directions

Put all of the ingredients in a small pot or pan, cook on medium-high until thickened and soft. Stir occasionally.

If you want a little more pop, add some lemon zest.
