1 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 cups white sugar
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt

2 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
Directions
Preheat Oven 350 degrees. Grease either 2-9 x 13 pans, or one cookie sheet.
Mix all ingredients.
