The garlic and olive oil in this recipe makes the rice so tasty, my children prefer to eat it first before tasting anything else on their plates. And then the always ask for seconds. Ingredients

1 cup White Rice, long grain
2 Cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Garlic salt, McCormic
2 cups Water
Directions
Add all ingredients in a saucepan over high heat and cover.
As soon as it starts to boil, lower heat to simmer.
Simmer for 20-30 minutes until rice has absorbed all liquid. Fluff with fork and keep covered until ready to serve.
