5 pork sauages of your choose
1/2 fresh leek
1/2 fresh cooking onion
5 small button mushrooms
5 green runner beans opitional
splash soya sauce
splash balsamatic vineger
pinch of mixed italian herbs
2 garlic cloves
small piece fresh choped ginger
good sprinkling black pepper to taste

cooked sauage on george forman grill to drain the fat
chop all veg put in frying pan no oil add tomatoes and tined cooked red beans in juice add al lseasoning leave to cook for ten mins while sauages cook.
take sauage cut up into little pieces add all ingreedance to a casarole put in oven on low 1 hour
