This dip is made with blended cottage cheese instead of fatty and calorie ridden sour cream or mayo. Since the cottage cheese is blended, the texture is the same as regular veggie dill dip. Ingredients

    2 cups low fat Cottage Cheese
    2 green onions, roughly chopped
    3/4 c. parsley, snipped from stems
    2 tsp dried dill weed
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Directions

Place all ingredients into food processor or blender. Process or blend until smooth.

A splash of milk can be added to thin out if necessary.

Serve with fresh veggies.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1/4-cup servings
