    1/2 cup Egg Beaters
    4 tablespoons sugar
    1 cup of Evaporated Skim Milk
    3/4 cup of fat free milk
    1 tsp vanilla flavoring
    Ground nutmeg to taste


Whip the 1/2 egg beaters and 4 tabespoons sugar together. Add all the rest of the ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
