Introduction

Ingredients

    9 oz ground beef
    1 cup brown rice, whole grain
    2 T Flaxseed
    1/2 bag frozen mixed vegetables
    1/2 bag frozen seasoning mix (celery, onions and bell pepper)
    2 T Worcestershire Sauce with one packet sweetner
    1 T Low salt Soy salt
    1 t garlic
    1 cup frozen green beans
    2 pkgs stevia plant sweetener

Directions

Brown the Ground Beef, drain. add the remaining ingredients except eggs with 2.5 cups water. Bring to a boil, for 5 mins. crack eggs and let float on top of mix. Cover , Reduce Heat to low.and simmer for 45 mins. Chop the egg with spoon before serving.
