Ingredients

Flour, white, 2 1/2 cups
Granulated Sugar, 3/4 cup
Brown Sugar, 3/4 cup
Old Fashioned Quaker Oats - uncooked 3 cups
Walnuts, 2 cups chopped
Chocolate Chips 2 cups
Margarine 1 cup (2 sticks)
Salt, 1 tsp
Baking Soda, 1 tsp
Whey protein isolate, (9 grams per Tablespoon) 1 cup
vanilla flavoring, 1 tsp
Eggs, 3
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees (325 for convection bake)
Cream sugars and margarine, add vanilla and eggs and beat till smooth. Add protein powder first, then salt, baking powder and flour, mixing until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips, walnuts and oatmeal.
Use a 1/4 measuring cup to portion the dough - flatten slightly because these babies don't "melt" down on their own. They will be about 3" across and 1/2" high.
Bake 8 -10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. and store in an air tight container or bag.
