    8 garlic cloves or 3-4 tsp of Garlic Garlic from "Tastesfully Simple"
    2 Cups Grape or Cherry Tomatoes
    4 cups uncooked mezze penne pasta
    4 cups chicken broth
    3/4 cup dry white wine such as Chardonnay
    1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
    1/4 cup lightly packed fresh basil or parsley (divided)
    1/4 cup basil pesto
    2 oz Parmesan or Asiago cheese - grated (about 1.2 cup packed)
    2 cups diced grilled checken breasts (approx 2-3 boneless/skinless)
    Additional grated fresh parmesan cheese and coarsley ground pepper.


Spray deep baking dish with Olive Oil, sprinkle with Garlic Garlic seasoning from Tastfully Simple. Add tomatoes, Cover, Nuke on high 4-5 minutes until tomatoes begin to burst, stirring after 2 minutes. Crush tomatoes, add pasta broth, wine, salt and pepper. Add sliced/cubed chicken, return to microwave, cover and nuke on high 16-18 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring after 10 minutes. Chop basil, reserve 2 tbsp for garnish. Grate Parmesan Cheese.
Carefully remove lid added the minced basil, the basil pesto, and parmesan cheese to baker, mix well. Garnish with reserved 2 tbsp basil, additional Parmesan cheese and pepper.
