Ingredients

3 cups cubed cantaloupe
3 cups cubed honeydew melon
1/4 cup vodka, divided
2 tbsp Splenda brown sugar blend
4 tsp fresh lime juice, divided
3/4 cup strawberries
Directions
Place cantaloupe into blender; process until smooth.
Pour into bowl.
Repeat with honeydew.
To each bowl, add 2 tbsp vodka, 2 tbsp Splenda and 2 tsp lime juice.
Cover and chill.
Place strawberries in blender; process until smooth, pour into bowl, cover and chill.
To serve: Pour 1/2 cup of cantaloupe into 4 bowls.
Pour 1/2 cup of honeydew into CENTER of cantaloupe - it will separate into the center of the bowl.
Add 2 tbsp of pureed strawberries to the center of the honeydew, forming a bulls-eye "target" in the bowl.
As a decoration, flair some of the strawberry puree out from the center with a stick.
Serve chilled.
Makes 4 servings.
