spice up plain old tomato soup spice up plain old tomato soup

Ingredients

    1 can of tomato soup
    1 slice of an onion
    4 pieces of sun dried tomatoes
    ground pepper and garlic salt to taste

    2 slices of french bread
    1 slice of swiss cheese [or other of your choice]

Directions

makes 2 cups of soup

empty contents of tomato soup into pot, add 1 can of water. follow the cooking directions on can

mince onion, cut sun dried tomatoes into strips

spray nonstick cooking spray in a pan and saute onions until tender, a few minuets.

when onions are done, add to the tomato soup along with sun dried tomatoes, pepper, and garlic salt.

toast the slices of french bread.

when tomato soup is done, pour into bowl and place toast floating on top with half the slice of cheese on it. let melt and then enjoy!
