Ingredients

    1/2 cup Chickpeas
    1/2 cup Black beans
    2 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp EVOO
    Juice of 1 small lemon
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1/2 Tbsp parsley
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mince garlic in food processor. Add rest of ingredients and blend until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
