    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    Wheat bran, crude, .5 cup
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp
    Baking Powder, .25 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed
    Motts Natural Apple Sauce, 4 oz snack cup, 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Banana, ripped 3 medium
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp


pre heat oven at 350oF

mix sugar, eggs , apple sauce, vanilla and bananas until everything integrates together.

in another bowl add the rest ingredients and mix.

Combine and fold until well blend. Pour in a sprayed baking pan.

Bake for 40 to 45 min.

check with a tooth pick.
