Introduction
Simple, tasty pumpkin pie spice cupcakes. These are tasty without frosting but would also be excellent with a creamcheese or vanilla frosting. Ingredients

1 18.25 oz Box Pillsbury Moist Supreme Classic Yellow Cake Mix
1 C. Pure Pumpkin
1 C. Water
2 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
Directions
Mix the dry ingredients (Cake Mix and Pumpkin Pie Spice).
Slowly mix in the pumpkin and water. Mix for approx 3 minutes or until well blended.
Scoop mixture into cupcake tin filling the cup 3/4 of the way. Bake for 18-20 min at 350. (Your toothpick should come out clean).
*The box states that it will yield 24 cupcakes but I only prepared 19 so my calculations are based on that.
