Fast and easy Waldorf salad made with vanilla yogurt Fast and easy Waldorf salad made with vanilla yogurt
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    16 oz low fat vanilla yogurt
    4 Gala or Honeycrisp apples
    1/2 cup loosely packed raisins
    1/2 cup walnuts
    2-3 stalks celery

    Add 16 oz low fat vanilla yogurt to medium sized mixing bowl
    Stir in 4 cored and chopped apples as completed to prevent browning
    Add 1/2 cup raisins
    Add 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    Add cleaned and chopped celery
    Mix
    Chill
    Serve
    Variations: Add chicken. Substitute red grapes for raisins (amount to taste). Substitute sunflower seeds for walnuts (amount to taste). Stir in All Spice (to taste).
