Introduction

My favorite fall recipe. So easy. So healthy. And so good. If I like it, everyone will. :) My favorite fall recipe. So easy. So healthy. And so good. If I like it, everyone will. :)
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

1 package Boca Ground Crumbles (makes the equivilent to one pound ground beef)
1 large can of tomato juice
    1 large jar of salsa
    1 packet chilli seasoning
    1 can Mexican kidney beans

*optional* one pound elbow macaroni (preferably wheat)

Directions

"brown" the Boca like you would ground beef, stirring in the chilli seasoning. While that's browning, combine the tomato juice, salsa, and beans in a large pot and start the heat.
After meat is browned, add to larger pot.
While this is warming up, if you're adding the noodles, start them. Cook and strain.
When serving, ladle the chilli onto a serving of macaroni to make "Chilli-mac" which is great for kids.
Add shredded cheese and/or crunched saltine crackers if you like.

Serving Size: makes enough for 8-10 people; can be frozen for future meals
