Ingredients

    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 3 cup
    Bread, italian,7 slice, large (4-1/2" x 3-1/4" x 3/4
    Maple Syrup, .35 cup
    *Pam Cooking Spray - Buttery Flavor .5 second spray, 1 serving
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    Vanilla extract 1 tsp
    Milk, 2%, .25 cup

Directions

Spray baking dish, place layer of bread in pan, sprinkle with cinnamon, layer more bread, sprinkle more cinnamon, layer bread, sprinkle cinnamon.Stir together milk, eggbeaters and vanilla. Pour egg beatersmix over everything, pour on maple syrup and allow to stand in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees.
