Ingredients

    6 meduim baking potatoes
    1/4 cup butter
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 C grated parmesan chesse
    1/2t dried italian seasoning
    1/4t salt
    dash pepper

Directions

1. line baking sheet with foil or parchment paer. Cut each potato lengthwise into eight wedges. in a bowl stir together melted butter, garlic, parmeasan cheese, italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Add potato andcoate. Place on baking pan
2. bake uncovered in 425 oven for about 30 min.
