Ingredients

    Egg white, 3 serving (50 calories or abt. 1/2c)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
    Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    Dannon Light & Fit Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt, 6 oz/1 container
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Baking Soda, 1.5 tsp

Directions

Mix it all together and then cook on a hot skillet. (Just like any other pancakes! :) )

Makes about 18 pancakes 3inch pancakes

    I really liked these! Great for quick snacks. I made them like reg pancakes mixing the wet and dry ingred. separately then pouring the wet into the dry. I'm making more to freeze them in 100 cal packs. I think this time I'll try a different flavored yogurt and see how that tastes. - 3/17/08

    Good pancake although I added 4 teaspoons of baking powder so they were lighter and raised as they were cooked. - 5/14/12
