Introduction

Our family favorite!!! Very Simple! Our family favorite!!! Very Simple!
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    2 cups - All purpose flour
    1 cup - Granulated sugar
    3 ripe medium / large bananas
    2 tsp - Baking soda
    1 cup - Miracle Whip Light
    1 tsp - Vanilla Extract
    1 Large Egg
    1 cup - Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

1. In a medium size bowl, combine flour and baking soda. Set aside.

2. In a large bowl, mix together sugar, miracle whip, egg and vanilla.

3. Mashed 3 bananas on a plate and add to sugar mixture.

4. Stir banana mixture into bowl of flour and stir just until mixed (do not over mix)

5. Stir in chocolate chips.

6. Spray muffin tins and spoon batter in each cup 3/4 full.

Bake for 20 mins or until golden brown

Cool on wire rack and enjoy!!!
