Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 tbsp Kraft Real Mayo
    3 tbsp cider vinegar (any brand)
    3/4 cup of sweetener (not sugar)
    3/4 cup skim milk
    1/2 head of cabbage (regular green)
    4 small baby carrots
    1 small bell pepper
    1 thick slice of white onion
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 black pepper

Directions

Shred cabbage, chop carrots, bell pepper and onion in mixing bowl.
Add rest of ingredients and stir / mix completely.
Salt / Pepper to taste (light on the salt)
For best results, cover bowl and let sit overnight in fridge, otherwise can be served right away.


Serving Size: Makes 8 - 1/2 cup servings
