Ingredients

    2 lbs ground turkey
    1 cup chopped onion
    4 tsp minced garlic
    2 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
    2 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes
    3 15.5 oz cans light red kidney beans (rinsed)
    1 14.5 oz can beef broth
    1 pkg Hot Chili Seasoning Mix
    chili powder to taste
    salt & pepper to taste

    (I use all Aldi brand products)

Directions

Brown turkey, onion, and garlic. Mix all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 4-5 hours.

Serving Size: 10 servings (approx 2 cups per serving)
