Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 Dory Fish Fillet (or other white fish, about 300g)
    2 Onions, diced
    Ginger Root, 2 tsp minced
    2 Green Chili Peppers (Siling Labuyo) - sliced
    1/2 cup spring onion, diced
    4-6 Bok Choy / Chinese Pechay, sliced
    3 Garlic cloves, minced
    Rice Noodles, 200 grams
    1 Carrot sliced
    1/2 cup shitake mushrooms
    1 Chicken Bouillon cube (or beef if you prefer)
    6-8 cups water

Directions

Add the water, broth, onions, garlic, ginger, peppers into a pot and bring to a boil. Then add carrots, mushrooms and fish and allow to boil again. Then add rice noodles, bok choy and fish and allow to simmer for 5-10 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper based on taste. Service with fresh lemon squeeze, mint leaves and toge / bean sprouts and season with hoisin sauce and chili sauce if desired.

Serving Size: Makes 6-8 bowls
