Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 4 large
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 2 cup, shredded
    Walnuts, 0.75 cup, chopped
    Lipton Onion Soup - Dry - 1 Envelope=8Tbls, 8 tbsp
    Breadcrumbs, , 1 cup
    Vegetarian stock to cover half way in casserole (1 cup)

Directions

Mix and form into 18 meatballs - bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Place in casserole, cover half way with vegetable broth and bake for one hour at 350 degrees.

Serving Size: makes 18 meatballs, serves six
