    .5 cup black beans, if from can, rinse thoroughly
    .5 cup salsa
    1 avocado
    1 cup of brown rice

Directions

~Cook the brown rice as advised on the package.
~Cut up the avocado
~Place the rice at the bottom of a bowl, add the black beans, then the salsa and finish with the avocado!
