Ingredients

    Beef, round steak, 500 grams (remove)
    Lentils, 1 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 4 cloves (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)
    Sunflower Oil, 1 cup (remove)
    garam masala, green small chilli, turmeric, salt, coriander and mint.

Directions

Mix all ingredients except oil and cook in a pressure cooker. After the meat is tender, let it cool down and chpop it in the food processor. Make it like a dough and make small 4 inch long pieces.Then fry it in the oil till dark brown.
