Introduction

I wanted to make hot cocoa from scratch, so I did some research and added my own little twists. I wanted to make hot cocoa from scratch, so I did some research and added my own little twists.

Ingredients

    1 cup skim milk
    3 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
    1 tsp cinnamon
    3 tsp sugar
    1 oz Kahlua
    1 pinch chili powder

Directions

Measure milk into small sauce pan and bring to a boil over low-medium heat. Measure dry ingredients into a mug. Add Kahlua and stir well. When milk begins to froth around the edges, remove from heat. Pour half of the milk into the mug and mix well. Pour in the remaining half of the milk and stir.

Serving Size: Makes 1 - 8oz serving
