    Very Good
This is a good recipe. I did alter it slightly. I added some cumin and more red chile. I also slow cooked the pork and let it sit in the fridge overnight. That way, I was able to skim out the fat. Will make it again. - 1/15/13

    Incredible!
I haven't tried it with red chile, I learned how to make it on the Navajo reservation, we used cans of chopped green chiles, hominy, and everything else.
I throw all of my ingredients in the crockpot, it's about time to make some, I'll add some red chile this time, thanks for the recipe :)
