Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    - 2 cups of White Rice, medium grain
    - Water
    - 2 cups of Diced Tomatoes
    - 1 medium Onion, chopped
    - 1 Green Pepper, chopped
    - 4 cloves of Garlic, chopped
    - Add salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Add 2 cups of rice in the rice cooker, follow rice cooker instructions on amount of water to add for 2 cups of rice. Add Water, diced tomatoes, onions, green pepper and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir well. Start Rice cooker.
Makes 4 servings.

    The flavor in this rice is lacking. I think maybe next time I'll add some bouillon and celery. Also I used a mix of brown and white rice and even with adding more water to compensate the rice wasn't done when the rice maker said it was(I've not had this problem with my machine before). - 2/26/13

    Incredible!
    So easy to make, and there's a nice full flavor. Instead of black pepper, I added ground peppercorns. This made the recipe a little tangier. - 2/10/09

    There is no way this recipe makes 4 servings. One serving is 1/4 cup. This recipe probably makes 24 servings. Still good and you'll have extra rice for later. Just don't over cook rice like I did! :) - 1/29/08
