    Carrots, Granny Smith Apples, Beets, Beet Greens, Fresh Parsley, Ginger Root, Celery, Juicer Required. I use Green Star Twin Gear Machine. It processes the fruits and Vegetables slowly and this keeps them cool. This helps maintain the high nutrient value for up two three days.
    Wash produce thoroughly. I use organic, but I've been told that using food grade peroxide useful in cleaning conventionality grown produce.


If using the green machine use firm vegetables such as carrots or beets after greens and parsley to help push them through.
