Carrots, raw, 1 carrot (7-1/2") (remove)
Mushrooms, fresh, 2.5 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
Vegetable Broth, 2 cup (remove)
*Coconut Milk, 1.8 cup (remove)
Directions
Saute onion in oil, add spices. Add water, broth and veggies. Bring to boil. Add coconut milk and return to boil. Serve
