Ingredients

    2 packages, sugar free black cherry gelating
    1 20 oz can crushed pineapple, reserve juice
    1 1/2 cup apple juice
    1 cup bing cherries pitted and quartered
    1 1/2 cup choppe pecans

Directions

Prepare gelatin according to package directions. Pour into a 2 quart casserole and mix in pineapple, cherries and pecans. Let chill in fridge for 3 hours or until set.

Serving Size: Makes 14-1/2 cup servings.
