Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2/3 cup dry oatmeal
    1 egg
1/4 cup granulated artificial sweetener (I used Great Value brand, could use splenda, etc)
    3 Tablespoons smooth peanut butter
1/4 cup dried cranberries (mine were sweetened, craisins)
    1 teaspoon of vanilla
Splash of water (original recipe said milk, i'm lactose intolerant)

Tips

I baked these for 20 min and they seem too dry, but that might be the fault of the recipe. Not the best cookie, but not terrible.

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 F.
Mix sweetener, peanut butter, egg, and vanilla till combined.

Add in oatmeal and cranberries and mix. If it seems too thick, add a splash of water.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until dry looking.

Serving Size: Makes 6 2-inch diameter cookies
