Introduction

Ingredients

    1 - 12oz Bag of Frozen Peeled, Devained With Tails Removed Shrimp (or fresh)
    3.5-4oz Onions Sliced (1 Medium Onion)
    2.7-3oz Bell Peppers (Green, Red, Orange, Yellow)
    8oz Raw White Mushrooms Sliced Up
    3 Tbsp. Best Life Buttery Spread
    1tsp. Sabor Sazon or Complete Seasoning


Tips

Would be good with any added vegetables. Over Rice, Wide Egg Noodles, etc.. Low in Calories and Carbs so why not double up on the servings of this dish.


Directions

Cut up all veggies. heat pan on a med-low heat and add 2 tablespoons of buttery spread just before adding in your sliced up vegetables. Cook until onions are translucent. Run frozen shrimp under cool water until defrosted then add to veggies and continue to cook. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of buttery spread and seasoning and continue to cook for about 5 additional minutes. Serve, and enjoy!
