Ingredients

    1lb ground beef chuck
    1 large egg
    6 tbsp. chopped, raw onion
    10 tbsp. grated parmasan cheese
    4 oz. 2% milk
    2 slices whole wheat bread
    2 dashes of salt
    1 dash of pepper, black
    3 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    3 cups Prego Marinara Sauce

Directions

Warm sauce on the stove and leave on low. Meanwhile, take your bread slices and submerg in your milk. In a separate bowl, mix all other ingredients. Next, squeeze the milk out of the bread gently and crumble into the meat mixture. After all the ingredients are mixed together, form into 1 inch balls and drop into sauce. Cover and simmer for approximately 2 hours (120 min.) stirring occasionaly.
