    Bob's Red Mill ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 tbsp
    Almond Milk, 1 cup
    Manuka Honey 1 tsp

Directions

Combine all ingredients and simmer at medium heaat for 20 minutes. Add water if mixture becomes too dry.
