This was a pretty good recipe. The egg/milk mixture didn't thicken as well as I thought it would. It definitely needed a higher fat content milk or more eggs to thicken it but it was delicious and I may just add a little WW flour to the mixture to thicken it just a little. - 5/8/08

I substited zucchini for the pepper and left off the milk and eggs. I also added paprika, garlic and Mrs. Dash for extra flavor. - 5/4/08

If you don't like eggs, you may want to reconsider using them in this recipe...it became very eggy with them. Otherwise, it was tasty. I added Mrs. Dash for seasoning midway through cooking the turkey and veggies in the skillet. - 12/25/07

  • I used. ingredients on hand, mix of red, yellow and orange peppers, celery & onions. To add additional flavor, used a package of zesty Ital. dressing as seasoning. Used an oven proof skillet/steamed the potatoes cut to like sizes, then placed the cheese, eggs & milk & baked. Excellant 1 pot meal. - 2/2/13

  • After reading comments I made a few adjustments. I used onions, green, red & yellow bell pepper, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, reg. potatoes and lots of seasonings! I topped with cubed cheese, but after 30 minutes threw some velveeta on top and stuck it in for another 10 minutes. Very good! - 11/10/12
